Hello and welcome to the first ever ICGN Winter Jam! 



This is an opportunity for anyone to learn about the world of game development while working in a small team. No experience is necessary and there are only a few rules in regards to signups and submissions.

Submissions will be done through itch.io and all communication will be done through Discord.  To register, you must fill out the registration form which can be found here, and have the team leader join this game jam on itch.io. 

Registration Deadline: February 14th, 12:00pm PT / 3;00pm ET
Kickoff and Game Jam Start: February 15th, 5:30pm PT / 8:30pm ET
Game Jam End: February 21st, 10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET



The ICGN Winter Jam has two themes! Participants can choose to make their game related to either of the themes! There will be a winner selected for each theme.

1. Participants must follow all typical ICGN Rules & Guidelines located here.
2. Teams have a limit of 5 people. 
3. Participants are not required to be college / university students.
4. The game you submit must be created during the jam.
5. Purchased assets are not allowed in submissions. Any free-use assets such as code, art, music, etc must be credited in the game / submission and easily located by ICGN staff.
6. No NSFW, overly violent, overly political, or sexual content is allowed.
7. Due to the COVID-19 we do not have the opportunity to socially interact with people these days. So take this chance and make some friends and have fun!
