If you aren't familiar with this phenomenon the posts are about a wretched sci-fi war on the icy Jovian moon of europa, the war is harsh and people die everyday. New comers who still remember what warmth feels like are called warmies, there is no solid political backing or reason for the icewar in these story fragments, so it is up to the game or players to create that.
