Welcome to the HELLFORGED Jam!

**THE HELLFORGED SRD, ALONG WITH EXAMPLE GAMES, WILL BE RELEASED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE JAM. YOU CAN GET AN EARLY LOOK AT IT BY JOINING THE MITCHELL DAILY GAMES DISCORD.**

What will you forge from the same fires that brought forth the demon slaying of HELLGUTS and the democracy spreading of HELLDROPPERS?

The HELLFORGED SRD is a tool for making TTRPGs where rolls can grant BIG results! Previous HELLFORGED games have been lethal for players and WAY MORE lethal to their enemies, inspired by shooter video games, but your game does not have to walk the paths that have been tread before.

Here are the rules:

1. Your content must use the HELLFORGED SRD or be made for a HELLFORGED game.
2. Full games, additional mechanics, adventures, and modules are all welcome.
3. Anything bigoted or promoting fascism will be removed. This will be up to the host's judgment. If your main characters are working for the bad guys, a statement denouncing fascism or encouraging players to resist the oppressive systems in your game will help your game not be mistaken for promoting those oppressive systems.
4. Be cool and kind to your fellow designers. Keep the community board and comments safe and constructive.

I think that's it as far as rules go. Have fun! Make whatever you want! Feel free to charge for your games! You deserved to be paid for your time.

HELLMECH was created using the SRD and is a submission to this jam. You might find that helpful for developing your own HELLFORGED game.

The original HELLFORGED games are HELLGUTS and HELLDROPPERS. The HELLFORGED SRD was not used in their development, but they can still provide insight into how these games can work.
