Game Jam Overview
The Halloween Game Jam 2025 is a 48-hour collaborative and competitive event celebrating the Halloween season while fostering creativity, innovation, and teamwork among students from Game Design and Development (GDD) and Interactive Entertainment and Multimedia Computing (IEMC) programs.
Participants (called Jammers) will conceptualize, design, and develop a playable game inspired by a Halloween theme within the allotted time frame. This jam provides an opportunity to apply both theoretical and practical skills in a real-world development setting—enhancing artistry, programming, design, and teamwork skills vital to the game industry.
