This is not an official Reddit hackathon, but is approved by Reddit admins, and developers still may qualify for Reddit Developer Funds, up to $167,000 per popular app and $500,000 total.

Learn & Build
Watch the Reddit AI tutorial using Cursor or read the Developer Documentation. Be sure to select "Devvit Web" (instead of "Blocks", their old system), which lets you build Devvit apps using technologies like React, Phaser, Three.js, gen-AI tools, or game engines like Godot, GameMaker, & Unity. It's easier for sound.

Create Audio with ElevenLabs
Generate your first voice lines, music, or SFX at ElevenLabs. Drop them into your game’s WebView build and add a mute toggle so players can control the experience. Test to make sure the sound truly adds to the scene.

Build & Submit
Publish your WebView-ready game before the deadline! How? Upload your app to the Reddit Developer Platform. Create a new public subreddit to host your app, and create a public post running your game. You'll link to the public subreddit. (I will include a tutorial about this soon!)
