2) 3.0 is allowed if you have it, but not recommended unless you need a feature in it that isn't in 2.5

3) ROM file must be contained in a 160x144 single screen scene.

4) Original assets only, please!

5) Does not need to be a game. Can just look pretty if you want.

6) You can only upload once. Make sure its the best it can be before submitting!
