Game Ham

Hello, and welcome to the "Game Ham!" This is a game jam, except I cleverly replaced the j with an h. Challenger yourself by completeing in this game jam ham and having to make an entire game in just four days. Also, the winner gets a very mediocre prize. Oh well, it's still a prize!! 🤑🫰

Note: You don't need to follow the bonus theme by any means, but incorporating it into your setting/story might score you some bonus points!

RULES:

1. Your game must be connected in some way to the theme. The more cleverly your game integrates the theme, the higher your Theme rating will be.
2. Submissions are allowed to be up to one hour late. After that, modifying your game page is likely to result in being kicked from the Ham.
3. No generative AI. If I detect any generative AI used in your submission, bye bye.
4. Teams are allowed.
5. You may use assets you did not create, but you must credit each asset.
6. Please make sure your game is available to play in the browser. This is technically not necessary, but some voters will not bother downloading your game.
7. Don't do anything stupid i guess... like dont try to find loopholes OR ELSE. �😨

VOTING CRITERIA:

Five categories. Three categories get voted on by the public, and two categories get judged by me, the overlord of this game jam. I mean ham. Game Ham. Anyways, here are the five categories:

• Use of Theme
• Ham
• Fun & Replayibility
• Visuals & Sound
• Worldbuilding / Story

Also, all voters must rate at least one random submission before rating games of their choice. This is done to ensure every game gets looked at.

PRIZE:

This jam-sorry-Ham's prize is a $10 steam gift card.

To claim it, you must win and have a steam account. If you do not claim the prize within a day of the voting period ending, the prize will be given to the second-place winner.
