Game Forge 2.0 – 48Hrs Online Game Jam! 🎮

The Virtual Reality & Gaming Club (VRGC) presents Game Forge 2.0, an exciting 48-hour online game jam where creativity meets competition! Whether you're an experienced developer or just starting out, this is your chance to challenge yourself and create an amazing game!

🕹 How It Works

• The jam runs from Feb 18, 12 PM IST to Feb 20, 12 PM IST.
• The theme will be revealed at the start of the jam.
• You have 48 hours to design, develop, and submit your game!
• After submission, games will be rated by other participants based on multiple categories.

🤝 Can I Join with a Team?
Absolutely! Teaming up is encouraged, with a maximum of 5 members per team. You can also participate solo if you prefer.

Your game must incorporate at least one (or all) of the following themes:

• Reverse 🔄
• Atomic ⚛️
• Mixing 🌀

✅ You can use any engine or framework. Pre-made assets are allowed, but proper credit is required.
✅ Your game must be mostly original and stick to the jam theme.
❌ No AI-generated content.
❌ No NSFW or offensive content.

🎮 Game Rating Criteria

All submitted games will be judged by industry experts from IDGS and rated based on the following:

• Enjoyment – Is it fun to play?
• Gameplay – How well does it control?
• Innovation – Does it bring something fresh?
• Theme – How well does it fit the theme?
• Visuals – Is it visually appealing?
• Audio – How immersive is the sound design?
