We are pleased to announce the Game Dev Soc Game Jam 2 will be kicking off Monday, September 15th at 6pm!

The Theme is ONE CHANCE

Optional modifiers:

• 10 Seconds
• One Hit
• Retro

This time the jam will last for 6 days (almost a full calendar week!) so that you have time to fit this around your schedule.
There's no expectation to spend the full week on it (in fact, we recommend treating it like a 48hour jam but without the stress) You're welcome to join in anytime between the 15th - 21st of September, and we'll have a playtest/showcase on Sunday at 6pm.

If you haven't joined a Game Jam before, the rules are pretty simple: create a game in 7 days using whatever tools you like! It can be a video or tabletop game, as long as it fits the theme. This event is open to beginners, experienced Jammers, and anyone in between! Whether you're an artist, programmer, sound designer - you name it - we encourage you to team up and help each other out. Exec will be there on the launch to help you find a group Plus there's free pizza at the opening night
