
Are you curious about how games are made? Do you enjoy stories, visuals, or technology – or simply love exploring new creative worlds? Join our Game Jam for girls and women aged 14 and above, and take your first step into game development in a supportive and inspiring environment! Game Changers is a regional hybrid Game Jam for girls and women from Jordan, Egypt, Morocco and Iraq, organised by the Goethe-Institut together with Baghdad Game Lab. It empowers first-time creators to explore programming, design, and teamwork by developing a small game prototype in just a few days. It is open for participants with experience and without prior experience.
You can:
Take part individually, and you’ll match up with others and form a team during the kick-off.
Join as a team of up to four participants (all must register).
Please note that places are limited. We will send you confirmation emails to let you know if you are on board.
You may join in person at one of our partner venues in Amman, Cairo or Erbil or participate fully online from home.
All participants will collaborate via shared digital platforms connecting the four countries.
