What is GAB Jam?
A two week game jam in association with the Game Asset Bundle (GAB). Work alone, or in a team, to complete a game that fits the theme. At the end of the event, vote on your favorite entries. The top rated games will be judged by the GAB team. The winner will receive a prize basket of game asset packs to be announced!

What is GAB?
A team of creators who have joined forces to bring developers (like YOU) a library of awesome graphics and audio assets at an affordable price! GAB will be running a bundle before the jam begins that includes art, music, sound effects, and a game making engine to help you get your game started. The theme is: CURSED
Be as creative as you would like for the theme! It could direct your story, gameplay, and/or aesthetic. Take a few hours to think of different ideas before you begin development.

Who can enter?
Anyone, of any age, from anywhere. You can work alone or in teams.

What can I make my game in?
Anything, provided you can upload a file that runs on Windows or browsers.

What assets can I use?
You can use whatever art and audio assets you have the legal right to use. Plugins and scripts are also allowed.

Who will judge the games?
Games will be judged by the public. A team of judges will then play the top 10 games and choose the winner. All of the results will be revealed when this process is over.

What will the games be judged on?
Games will be ranked on the following: Presentation, Gameplay, Engagement, and Theme.

What can I win?
Fame, glory, self-satisfaction... and a prize basket of game asset packs that will be announced in the coming weeks!

ADDITIONAL RULES:

- Games submitted to the GAB Jam must not contain nudity, or hateful language or visuals.
- You can support other platforms (such as Mac and Android) if you wish, provided there's at least one Windows / browser build.
- No VR submissions.

- Anything you make during the GAB Jam is your property. GAB claims no rights or ownership of your game.
