Rules
- Games must be made during the jam period, any assets must be public if they were made before the jam period. (Don’t pirate!)
- Any AI used must be disclosed, excessive will lead to disqualification in final rankings.
- Game must be playable in browser and free during the submission and voting period. (We want it to be accessible to everyone)
- Must be SFW and follow community guidelines!
- Any engine or tools allowed.
- Do not attempt to influence voting, keep it fair.
- When you submit your game disclose the correct team size. Solo/Small team is 1-2 people, Team is 3 or more people
- Any other questions can go in the community tab or discord!
Our Program
This jam is hosted by the NC Robotics Initiative (NCRI), a registered non-profit based in Smithfield, NC. 50% of all donations support our programs, and 50% fund the prize pool.
NCRI began with a single FRC team, f(x) Robotics (FRC 6004), and has since expanded to help more students discover STEAM opportunities in our community and state. With this jam, we aim to bring developers together, share creativity, and highlight the value of supporting FIRST robotics teams in your own communities.
We encourage you to participate, spread the word, and reach out with any inquiries!
Our Programs:
- FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) – High school students design, build, and program industrial-style robots to compete in six-week build seasons. -- Teams: f(x) Robotics (6004), Chaos Theory (6242)
- FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) – A smaller, more accessible robotics competition for middle and high school students. -- Team: NUSA (12733)
- FIRST LEGO League (FLL) – Elementary and middle school students use LEGO-based robotics kits to complete STEM challenges. -- Team: LEGO Lemurs (66356)

- Basic (Any amount) – Name listed on jam page
- Bronze ($50+) – Name/Logo on jam page
- Silver ($150+) – Larger logo, mention during closing stream
- Gold ($300+) – 15-second shoutout in stream
- Platinum ($500+) – 60-second shoutout in stream, option to contribute non-cash prizes (e.g. asset packs, service subscriptions)
- Diamond ($1000+) – Create a custom award funded by your prize (e.g. “Best Use of Theme”)

- Judges choice from top 25% of submissions: 15%
Additionally, for every eight hundred dollars donated, a hundred dollars will go to a FIRST team that could use the support this year and for upcoming game seasons.
(25% of the prize pool will go to FIRST teams)
