🧩 What is the Game Jam?

The FIA Game Jam is a month-long creative challenge where young developers design and submit their own games — digital or physical! It’s all about creativity, innovation, and fun. This competition is intended for young game developers grades 1st - 9th

You can make:

  • A video game in Scratch, Roblox Studio, MCreator, Godot, Unity, Unreal, Python or anything else you prefer!
  • A tabletop game like a board game or card game
  • A hybrid project that mixes real-world and digital elements

🎨 Theme

The theme will be revealed on October 30th — expect something STEAM related that sparks imagination!

All entries must be submitted by December 1st.

  • Digital Games: Submit your project via a URL — for example, an itch.io link, or other hosted page where your game can be accessed and played
  • Physical Games (Tabletop or Hybrid Projects): Deliver your prototype, rules, and components to FIA Headquarters during any open hours before the submission deadline

Every submission may be highlighted:

  • Shorts/TikTok's of each game
  • A YouTube compilation featuring all entries
