A game jam held during the daylight savings transition. From 3am to 3am on 30th of October. The night between saturday and sunday. Daylight savings might be history in few years time, so now might be the last time again when zero hour game jamming is possible in EU!

Jam is held online. Both single and group submissions accepted. Video of gameplay is required. Uploading and video should be made after the hour is over so you actually use the whole 0 hours to development. There's 3 hours extra time to upload for that.
