Welcome to the first game jam for Fanshawe College students, hosted by the Game Development Club!
Students from all programs are invited to participate in our game jam! (Wikipedia - Game Jam)

THEME: FALL

Working alone or in groups, participants will have up to 4 days to create a video game based on a provided theme (revealed when the jam starts).  Everyone, regardless of skill level, is welcome to participate. Even if you've never made a game before -  we want you to get involved!

Once the 4 days are over, participants will get the chance to play the other games, and vote on all submissions in 4 categories:

• Theme
• Graphics
• Fun
• Creativity

There are no prizes for winning a category, so the rankings are only for fun and glory!

More Details:

• You may use any asset you are legally allowed to use. If you need help finding assets for your game, ask in discord!
• Games shouldn't include any excessive profanity or sexual themes.
• Outside help is allowed and encouraged! Game jams are an excellent learning opportunity
• Don't submit any complete games you've already made in the past. You are allowed to re-use code and assets, but please create a game specifically for the purpose of this jam.
• Don't be a jerk! Only provide criticism of someone else's game if it is explicitly asked for.
• Games should be playable on windows, or in the browser.
