ExtenJam adds an extra challenge to the classic jam formula: An imposed "extension" -- an engine agnostic library, a tool that can be used with or alongside most engines like FMOD, Vivox, Tiled...

This is a Lite edition, where the only criteria is that you have to add the extension to your game only during the jam, but you can publish an old game.
In exchange, there is only a real prize to the Extension criteria.

Since old games are allowed for this edition, the theme doesn't take part in the ratings, but it can help score better in Originality and give you a direction, if you decide to start from scratch. It has been voted on on the discord.

Use of Extension - How appropriate the use of the extension is. - CAD$5 Prize

Originality - How the game stands out within the other entries.

Impact - How the game manages to spark a reaction from whom plays it.

Polish - How much effort is put on visuals, audio and juice.

Fun - How enjoyable the core experience is.
