WHAT IS THIS GAME JAM?

The Ex-Piers game jam is a private jam organized with some friends, if some people would like to join a future version it could be considered.

This is a 1-week Jam where we are given a main theme and then each dev has to spin some Wheel Deciders, the roulettes will decide the secondary theme, game genre, 2d asset pack and 3d asset pack, which forces everyone to have a different game, as this fields will be unique for everyone.

HOW WILL THE JAM BE RANKED?

The jam will have 4 fields:

• Theme (25 points): How correctly both theme fields were applied.
• Gameplay (50 points): How good is the gameplay and mechanics of the game.
• Originality (15 points): How original is the game, taking into account the themes, genres and art packs they were given.
• Art (10 points): How the art pack was applied, GUI and also if they made some assets themselves.

WHAT PRIZE WILL THE WINNER GET?

The winner can select a Steam game that is cheaper than all the other participants x1.5€, for example, if there are 5 participants, the winner can get a game that goes up to 6€.

RULES

• You can't use AI to generate art and code.
• The game can't be NSFW (+18).
• You can't buy any assets, only free and they can't be art/3d models.
• You can't show the game or the fields that you were given to any other participant.
• Have fun ;)

If we can't do a mysterious jam, there will be some extra rules:

• The final game can't have the name of the developer, so it's secret.
• The intro screen has to be changed and only show the Jam logo, so we don't know which engine.
• The icon of the game has to be changed so it doesn't show the engine logo.
