Welcome to the Enterprising Villains Investment League!

We're here to register you as a supervillain and provide everything you need to begin taking over the world. Once you're entered into our system, you'll be assigned a crew of henches to aid you in your dastardly plots. To start, please provide the following:

Name:

Power Rank: Villains are ranked from 0 (no superpower) to 4 (god-like power) and matched with a Nemesis of equal rank.

Known Abilities: A list of 3 or more abilities that convince us of your worthiness to join the ranks of EVIL.

Nemesis: Your nemesis needs a name, a single power, and 2-3 sentences describing why they’ve become your lifelong enemy.

Bio: Your origin story. Where did you come from? How did you discover or train your abilities? What drives you to villainy? Use only 2-3 sentences, but make them count.

Values: At least 3 things you value. These can be conceptual or material. Having a mix of both is best.

Weaknesses: Everybody has a weakness. As with your values, please list at least 3 conceptual or material weaknesses that hinder you so that we may support you appropriately.

The Job: A villainous plot must be submitted to set an equipment budget and recruit the appropriate henches, which must include:

Objectives (more objectives = lengthier jobs), Awards (inessential bonuses), and Assets (Supplies for your goons).

Objectives: Please submit at least 3 objectives. They should be difficult, but not impossible, to achieve and must have multiple routes to success. If you become preoccupied in a fight against your nemesis, objectives should be achievable by even the lowliest of lackeys.

Awards: These are never necessary but they offer goons an incentive to go above and beyond the call of duty. Each award earned by someone in your crew grants them 1 reroll.

Assets: This is a list of the equipment you need to complete the job. More powerful assets are granted to higher ranked villains. We recommend asking for X+2 assets at a minimum, where X = the number of minions you expect to aid you in your plot.

The Look: Last but not least, describe or draw what you look like when you’re in costume. Also, describe a uniform design that all your henches will wear while on the clock.

Below is an example of a level zero villain's application. Use it as an example to follow or deviate from as you wish. And remember,
ALL HEROES ARE BASTARDS!
