🎮 Every Choice Matters Jam

Create an interactive story where every choice truly changes what happens next.

Your story can be short (even just a few minutes long), but the player’s decisions should meaningfully affect the outcome.

All stories in this jam must be created using qforge.studio: https://qforge.studio/studio

Creating an account and using the tool is completely free.

💰 Prize Pool

Total prize pool: $500

🥇 1st Place — $250
🥈 2nd Place — $150
🥉 3rd Place — $100

Winners will be announced after the jam ends, no later than the end of April.

📜 Rules

Stories must be created using qforge.studio
Stories can be short
Player choices should meaningfully affect the story
Entries must include a public link to the story
All stories must be submitted by April 15

Your entry should include:

a public link to the playable story
a short description of the project

🏆 Judging

Entries will be evaluated by the qforge.studio team based on the following criteria:

🧠 Meaningful Choices Do player decisions clearly influence what happens in the story?

📖 Storytelling Is the story engaging, interesting, or emotionally compelling?

🎧 Use of Audio How effectively does the project use generated voices, dialogue, and sound to create mood, immersion, or tension?

✨ Creativity Original ideas, unexpected twists (bonus words are very welcome), or unique approaches to storytelling.

✍️ Optional Story Opening

If you'd like a starting point, you may begin your story with the following scene:

The sun was slowly setting, and Martha couldn't shake one persistent thought. She looked around at everyone in the room, cleared her throat and said: “I think we should just…”

Continue the story however you like!

For extra fun, try to include at least one of these words in your story:

Werewolf
Fang
Sausage

How you use them is entirely up to you.
