The theme for the jam week will be

illusion

Will your game bend the rules, drop the veil, let you slip through boundaries, go to unseen places? Will your game make players disoriented, will it make them question themselves until reality comes crumbling down? Will it trick players' brains with mind-bending perspectives?

Interpret this theme in any way you like. If you have a different idea already, that's fine, too!

See you in a week, make sure to sleep lots!

Slightly cringey video with example games:

Previous description

You have one week to make a game using the elm programming language!

A game jam is a fantastic way to learn, so please join even if you are new to the language!

Ask and show whatever you want in the elm slack #gamedev channel.

The theme will also be announced there as well as at the top of this page and in an email once the jam starts. Be creative and explore things you've never tried!

We're here to just have fun and and there won't be any votes. Please leave lots of feedback comments regardless :)
