Drømmevandring is a framework of rules compatible with most OSR material, designed to be simple and straightforward. There are no classes or lists of magic or progression rules, the characters are simple adventurers and the only spells they can cast are those they find written in magical scrolls

Gygaxian Democracy works (more or less) like this: someone decide a theme (in this case: an OSR role-playing game), then he indicates details and limitations (again in this case: the setting should be fantasy and if possible inspired by Norse mythology) and then "the public" (you) is asked to help develop it by writing their contributions.
