Rules:

1. Participants must have fun while making their game
2. Participants may use anything they want to develop the gamer
   
3. Participants may work alone or in teams
4. All games must be submitted by the deadline specified by the organizers
5. Games must be submitted in a format that can be easily run on Windows (and any other platform that participant chooses) and should be free
6. Games must contain content appropriate for all ages
7. Participants retain all rights to their games
