Overdare Studio is a next-generation UGC (User-Generated Content) game creation platform that lets you design and publish mobile-friendly 3D experiences directly to the Overdare ecosystem.
It features an intuitive editor, a robust multiplayer engine, and scripting support powered by the Lua programming language, giving creators full flexibility to build everything from casual games to complex, social worlds.

๐น Game Jam (Oct 17 โ Nov 11): Build your multiplayer Obby game using Overdare Studio. You can start fresh or import existing projects/files to build upon.
๐ Final submissions must be uploaded directly on Overdare Studio.
Games must be Obby (Obstacle Course) themed.
Games must be social, allowing players to:
Team up with randomly matched friends,
Compete against other players, or
Explore and interact together in shared maps.
Games must be mobile-friendly.
Must be created in Overdare Studio (imports allowed).
Teams can be solo or group-based.

Open to all developers and creators passionate about building fun, social, and creative mobile games. No prior experience required — just bring your ideas and energy!
Youโll need a valid itch.io account to participate. Only one team member needs to register, but itโs recommended that all members have Overdare Studio accounts to be added as collaborators.
the overdare mobile app is only available in select regions, so if they're regions where overdare isn't available, they can submit a ticket to our discord for an invite
Yes! All coordination, announcements, and support will take place on our official KGEN Discord server.

Teams can consist of 1 to 5 members.
Team composition cannot be changed after the jam starts.
Solo developers are fully welcome!
Games must be playable on mobile (Android / iOS) on overdare.
You can use open-source or previously created assets (art, music, or code) as long as you have legal rights.
Avoid copyrighted without permission.
All final prototypes must be submitted via Overdare Studio before the deadline. Judges will evaluate based on:

To submit the game follow the following steps
1. Publish the game on studio
2. Join overdare discord and open a ticket
3. Send SS of your published game and inform the team that the submission is for KGENxOverdare Gamejam
4. Tag @ved in KGEN discord and inform him about the submission
Your game may be disqualified if:
It includes plagiarized, inappropriate, or harmful content.
It features NSFW, hateful, or discriminatory elements.
It violates Overdare Studio or itch.io community guidelines.
