Teams are welcome to consist of members from one or both Universities. Cross-university collaboration is recommended but not required. For this game jam, there won't be a judging period as this is being held for fun between both Universities.
This game jam will also have fun little challenges that they can do if they are looking for something extra to do. These challenges are called modifiers but are not required for participation.
- Anthology: The game jam submission consists of at least three micro-games that are thematically linked to create a small collection.
- Sequel: Create a sequel to a game you have worked on previously.
- Borrower: Design a game that’s inspired by the unique culture, history, geography, or any traditions.
- Alliance: Work with someone outside of your resident college who is participating in the collaboration.
- Documentary: Document and share your development process publicly during the jam, for example through posts, screenshots, videos, or builds.
- All submissions must be worked on in the 48-hour period. No work before or after the time period.
- Game can be rated up to T for Teen. If you feel that your game absolutely needs a feature that exceeds a T rating, ask if you can have it in your game. If we veto the decision, it cannot be in your submission.

- Participating in this game jam does not excuse you from doing classwork that is due.
- No sleeping overnight in the provided rooms.
- No submissions will be accepted after the 48-hour period.
- You cannot update submitted builds after the 48-hour time period.
- Any submission that fails to adhere to the rules will be disqualified from the game jam.
