Welcome to the Coplay Jam
The Coplay Jam is a one-week game jam all about exploring the best AI assistant for Unity. Your mission? Simple, build a game using the Coplay Unity plugin!
🧠 What is Coplay?
Coplay is an AI copilot for Unity that lets you generate scripts, edit scenes, and automate workflows using natural language. It integrates directly into the Unity Editor, letting you focus on design and ideas instead of setup and syntax.
During this jam, all participants will get extra credits so you can fully experiment with Coplay and build a game!

🧩 Rules
- Your game must use the Coplay plugin in some way - generating code, creating components, editing prefabs, etc. You can use:
- The Coplay plugin to interact with Unity inside Unity, or
- Coplay MCP so your other AI tools interact with Coplay via Unity: https://docs.coplay.dev/coplay-mcp/guide
- Coplay must be the main driver of your AI interactions with Unity
- Team or solo - both welcome! Teams are capped at 3 people.
- You can only submit games that were built for this jam.
- Absolutely no NSFW submissions.
- Be honest when answering your submission questions!!!
💸 Free Credits
Coplay will be giving you free credits for taking part in this game jam! Once you've:
- Created a Coplay account, and
- Signed up for this game jam
We'll give you $50 worth of top up credits! Learn more here
🏆 Rewards
Submissions will be community rated - creators judge each other’s games!
- 1st place - $150
- 2nd place - $100
- 3rd place - $50
📦 Submissions
- Include a short write-up about how you used Coplay!
- Disclose if you've used AI generated art assets
- Your game must be playable on at least Windows or the browser, as they're the most popular platforms.
- We suggest exporting your game to the web as most people can play it on the browser
- You can make builds for other platforms, we encourage you to!
- Coplay is on X! Share you username, we'd love to share your work
- Submissions are locked during the jam period. You can submit game breaking updates, at the organizer's discretion.
📋 Criteria
- Gameplay - is it fun/engaging/impactful?
- Presentation - how does it look and sound? Is it polished?
- Use of Theme - how well does it fit the jam's theme?
- Originality - how novel is the idea or execution of idea(s)?
