What is concept jam?

Concept jam uses the game jam format but you can create anything to get your idea out of your head and into a format you can show people. This is intended to be just the pre-production stage of developing a work. Different mediums have different pre-production methodologies and techniques and within that there's variation too. You an create a prototype, script, sketch, line art, greybox, mood board, collage, photobash, map, model, character sheet, culture outline, pilot or any other form of experimentation or expression to develop and communicate your idea.
