Event Format

1. Theme Announcement

  • At the start of the Game Jam, two keywords will be revealed

  • These keywords form the core inspiration for your game’s design, story, or mechanics.

  • Interpretation is up to you — be creative!

2. Development Period

  • Participants will have 2 days to develop their game from scratch.

  • You may work solo or in teams (maximum team size:4).

  • Use any engine, framework, or tool you like (Unity, Godot, Unreal, etc.).

  • All assets (art, sound, code) must be created during the jam or use free/open-source resources with proper credit.

3. Submission

  • Games must be submitted by the deadline through itch.io

  • Each submission should include:

    • Game files (preferable web playable games i.e. HTML5)

    • Short description

    • Team name and member details

    • Screenshots and/or gameplay video (optional but recommended)

4. Presentation & Judging

  • Teams will present their game in front of judges or submit a short demo video.

  • Each game will be evaluated based on:

    1. Creativity & Use of Keywords – How uniquely are the keywords integrated?

    2. Gameplay & Mechanics – Is the game fun, intuitive, and functional?

    3. Art & Sound Design – Visuals and audio coherence with the theme.

    4. Overall Polish – Completeness and presentation quality.


Rules

  1. Respect the Time Limit – Late submissions will not be accepted.

  2. Originality – Plagiarism or use of copyrighted assets without permission will lead to disqualification.

  3. Team Conduct – Maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

  4. Playable Build Required – The submitted game must be executable/playable.

  5. Theme Adherence – The game must clearly relate to the two given keywords.

  6. No Harmful Content – Games should not include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material.

  7. Code of Fair Play – No pre-made game templates or previously developed projects.
