Remember the good old days when you would play the classic JRPGs? Well this jam is for you. Your goal is to make a classic style JRPG from anywhere between the late 80s to mid 90s.

Rules:
1. The game can only made during the jam period. However you can brainstorm any ideas or do any assets before hand.

2.  NSFW games up to Mature rated are allowed.  Just no 18+.

3. No games that slander or make fun of people.

4. The game has to be 20 minutes to an hour. The game can be longer but only the first hour will be judged.

6. You can use any assets, but please give credit to the author if they were not made by you.  Also no rips. This includes sounds and music.

7. As long as your game is a classic style JRPG you can use any engine. Just keep in mind I am more familiar with RPG Maker.

5. I or any judges have to right disqualify any games we feel break the rules.

1st place: A full color drawing of any character from the author's game that they want to be drawn by me.

2nd Place: A line art drawing of any character from the author's game that they want to be drawn by me.

3rd Place: A sketch of any character from the author's game that they want drawn by me.
