pc are only aloud but you can make a copy for VR, mobile, consles and more but the resond why you have to have a pc v first is because most people like me don't have that aquipment.

the game can be as long as you wha'nt  but if it's shorter then 1 hour and you make them pay for it they have a right to report, ban, or sue you but if you put on you'r title screen how long it is and it seis shorter then a hour and they by it this is proof for the poleice , goverment , F.B.I. , or qort house that they are rong and you have the right to keep the money
