Welcome to our Art Jam! Much like the game jam, once a month for 7 days everyone will be able to submit artwork based on a given prompt! Anyone of any skill level can join as the winner will be chosen from how creative their work is, not how perfect it looks.

Rules:

Do not be rude. Criticism is perfectly fine to give, but please give it with respect. Being rude will get you a warning, and if continued will get you muted and disqualified.

No NSFW. A little blood is okay, but no nudity or gore please.

Collaborations are allowed. Must list who did what on the artwork (ie Joe did the lineart, Rick did the coloring, etc).

Using both original characters and existing characters is okay. Must list the character(s) names and what series they are from,.

Give a small explanation of what is going on in the drawing and how it goes along with the theme.

Up to two entries per person are allowed. Any extras will not be qualified for the jam, but are still welcome in the art channel.

Any art style is welcome: realistic, anime, pixel, etc. Art is art!

The prompt for the first art jam is… Fish Out of Water! Ever wonder how your favorite video game character would react in another game’s world? Well, now you get to envision it! Choose a character, either existing or your own, and throw them into something out of their element! For example: Mario in Breath of the Wild, or Link in Mushroom Kingdom. Remember to have fun with it, and really crank up your creativity! 
Art can be submitted at any point before the jam ends.

That’s it! Prompts will be given at 12AM the starting day of the jam, along with a bonus prompt. Remember to just have fun, and we will see you at the first art jam shortly! It will start Wednesday 9/2 at 12AM EST and end Tuesday 9/8 at 11:59PM EST.
