Before You Submit Your Game
Please make sure your submission meets all the following requirements:
- Game Functionality:
Ensure your WebGL build is fully functional and playable. Test your game thoroughly before submitting — broken builds or unplayable submissions may be disqualified.
- Intellectual Property:
Only use assets (art, sound, music, code, etc.) that you have created yourself or that are free to use under proper licensing. Do not use copyrighted or unlicensed materials. Cite sources or licenses when applicable.
- Compliance with Guidelines:
All submissions must follow Champlain College’s policies and the official Game Jam rules and code of conduct. Make sure your content aligns with community standards and academic integrity.
- Submission Format:
Upload the WebGL build of your game only.
⚠️ Do not upload executable files (.exe, .app, etc.) due to security restrictions. If your only way of running it is through an executable, do it.
- Anonymity and FERPA Compliance:
Do not use your real name in your username or project page to maintain privacy and comply with FERPA regulations.
If you wish to publicly associate your name with your submission, you must sign and submit the official FERPA Waiver Form provided.
- Team Registration:
Add all your group members as part of your team on this page before submission.
- Community Participation:
Play and test other teams’ games! Leave constructive and kind feedback — this Jam is a learning experience for everyone.
