This is a 39-hour game idea marathon, focused on design, mechanics, and clever ideas. Not game development with game engine.
Here's what you need to know:
Who can enter? Anyone, of any age, from anywhere. You can work alone or in teams of up to 3 members.
What is the theme? End Of Time.
What is the focus? Death Comes with Cost.
How complex can my game be? As complex as you want, provided that a running prototype can be built within 3 months (you don't have to build the game)
Who will judge the games? Games will be judged by the participates and Judges. After the participant finishes their vote, The Judges then would live stream the games on discord and pick the top 3.
What will the games be judged on? Games will be ranked against the following criteria: Overall, Fun, Presentation, and Originality.

Further, rules:
- Participants have to make up a draft of an original video game idea with all its elements including story, characters, genre, gameplay. This can be done both in handwriting or computer typed something similar app.diagrams.net.
- Participants have the liberty to include illustrations, drawings, to describe and portray characters, gameplay, mechanism. Mandatory with a unique game mechanism.
- Participants have to give a "Title" to the game with a short 2-3 sentence "About This Game" that gives readers an idea of what to expect from the game. (Like a synopsis we see at Steam or Google Play Store)
- The mandatory elements to be included are:
- 1. Gameplay/story (50-350 words max) backed up by art
- 2. Genre-gameplay-art style summary (50 words max) each comma-separated
- 3. Character/area/timeline/Place important to the plot(250 words max)
- 4. Mechanism description (250 words max)
- 5. How you plan to make a profit out of the game (100 words max)
- Bonus: Doodles would be praised.
- Each element will be separately marked for a total.
