Hello ! This is the second game jam i'll be hosting. Some people were interested in the last one so i'll keep organizing some :D

This game jam is open to anyone who is interested.

The theme is : Retro Games

Retro Games are games that are now considered retro, such as games released for the PSX, N64 and all the others prior to that, by this theme, i mean that you need to make a game, in the style of games that came out basically before ~2002. You can make a game & watch game or even a doom like game. The only thing that matters is that it feels retro and that it can run on a pc.

Use this theme however you want. It is required to use it.

The jam will run from the 10th to the 16th of August at midnight.

The voting period will be from the 16th to the 17th of August at 19:30.

I'm not sure if i said it but this is in UTC+02:00 !!! (The timezone for places like Berlin, Paris, Marseille, Bern, Lausanne, Zurich, Madrid, Rome, etc...)

Rules :

You can use premade assets & code in your game.

The game must be made within the duration of the jam.

You cannot submit a game that's already been published.

Windows, Mac and Linux executables should be uploaded but just Windows executables are accepted. 

No AI, for code, assets or music. (the use is tolerated for code as in, you can't purely use it, you can use it for help (sometimes things aren't well documented))

All game engines and frameworks are accepted.

No NSFW or excessively gore content.

Unlike the first game jam, there's is a prize !!! It'll be a Steam key to the game "DOOM 64" (unless you already have it, then we'll see other alternatives)
