THE TOURNAMENT FOR BEST HUGGER IS UPON US! Rules for Hugging TTRPGs:

1. The game must be a pen and paper TTRPG, not a LARP; ie, no physical hugging may be a part of the actual rules.
2. The game must include clear rules for determining a Best Hugger - there can be no ties. (Yes, yes, we know, everyone who hugs and is hugged is a winner but that's off page in THIS jam!)
3. The game must include its own definition of what a hug is, and what a hug isn't.
4. That being said, it doesn't have to be a physically detailed description. Creativity is encouraged. Silliness even more so. The only restriction is this: all hugging must be portrayed as a mutually positive action.
5. All hugging within the game must be consensual, even ones involving imaginary characters made up within the bounds of the game.

The top four participants will be selected by us for their own tournament bracket to  determine who has, ultimately, the best TTRPG about determining who is the Best Hugger. Winner gets an absurd hugging-related certificate. 

Also : anticipating the question - no, you needn't include bears in the game.
