Welcome to GDDC's First Game Jam!

This is a beginner, non-ranked game jam for our BHCC students

You have 3 weeks to make a game. You can use any game engine and any programming language. If you have a team with programmers, use can use GitHub to ensure everyone is "up-to-date" with the code. If you are creating a paper prototype or a non-digital game, you can upload several images as your project (must include some sort of rulebook).

👥 Teams: We believe that teamwork is the key to success in game development. Therefore, we encourage forming teams of members who will work together on projects and enhance their skills.

  Rules:

• Your game must be original; no pre-made games
• Each game must relate to the theme
• You may join more than one team, but we advise against it
• You can use any pre-made scripts and assets (non-paid only), but make sure to credit the assets you used if they aren't yours!
• Working with a team is highly recommended and you may find other team members outside of the discord, but please credit everyone appropriately somewhere within your game
• Do not use any NSFW or offensive content
• Your participation in the jam means we will showcase it in our meeting on 01/12/24!
