Welcome to the 2023 Bryce's Jam! Just like Last year, we do have a few rules.
Rules are listed below:

• You cannot use a game you have already uploaded.
• Stealing from other is prohibited.
• Making a game inspired by a popular game is fine as long as it abides by rule 1.
• All games in the jam can be either 3D or 2D, although 3D is preferred.
• Unity Engine is what we prefer being used, but Unreal can still be used.
• Any assets used by 3rd parties MUST be credited.
• Games can start being created, they just must be finished by 04-05 through 04-07.
• Broken/Unplayable games will be rated at a 1 or 2, depending on how playable it is.
• Unfinished games will be be rated a 1 or 2, depending on how finished it is.

Now that the rules are established, let me tell you the theme!
Hack' n' slash, one of the best genres out there.
A Hack' n' slash is a game the focuses on melee combat. (Swords Spears Shields, ETC.)
But that's the genre, not the theme so let's get into that.

Think of games such as DMC V, it's mostly based in the underworld.
