Bit-Byte is a irregularly scheduled jam about making a game with a reduced colour palette. The concept is simple, make a game while using 4 or less colours, the jam lasts two weeks, and has an extra day for submitting.

           you may pick from a section of bonus themes after the game jam starts, however you are only required to use one bonus theme and of course, the setting. at the end of the jam I will play all web based games and upload a YouTube video critic. You will be judged on your Colour Palette, Game Play / Fun, Music and SFXs, and your implementation of your Bonus Theme(s) and Setting.

 Bonus Themes:

• Somethings watching me, have a entity follow the players movement.
• I can't see, the player can only see a small portion of the level .
• The walls... they shift, have the level change as the player progress.

Rules:

• Reduced Palette: 4 Colours, Including Background Colour
• You can change colours in game, as long as there is only 4 colours on screen.
• You must at lest use 1 Bonus Theme and the Setting in your game.
• Keep it PG-13 ( I will permit the use of one Fuck per game, also NO NSFW content)
• No Stealing! If you have a license, you may use it.
• No Politics!
• I prefer that your game is web based (If you don't make it web based I will not play it!)
