THE THEME IS: TOO MANY CONTROLS

Welcome! This game jam is hosted by the Oregon State Video Game Development Club to help kick off the fall term! It will be a 24 hour game jam with an additional hour to submit. The theme will be announced September 24th at 12pm PST. We will also be hosting some team building activities before the game jam on our discord, so if you'd like to join that, make sure join our discord by emailing us at gamedev@oregonstate.edu with your OSU student email.

What can I submit?

Anything you can loosely consider a game is totally fine! That includes board games or even things like beatsaber levels or VRChat minigames. Anything somewhat game related is fine with us!

What if I'm not directly affiliated with OSU?

No problem! Feel free to join us! Our only limitation is that you must participate online only. This is because our space that we are hosting it in is not open to the general public.

How do I submit non-traditional games (board games, mods, etc.)?

Contact me and we will work something out.

Are there options to participate in person?

Yes! If you are a member of the OSU Video Game Development club, there is a sign up sheet in the announcements channel on our discord where you can sign up to join us in person!

How do I join the game dev club and join the discord?

Contact us at gamedev@oregonstate.edu with your OSU student email and we will get you all set up!
