What is this?
This is the 3rd Banana Game Jam! A twelve-day event where you take a video game concept and bring it to life for others to gaze upon!
Who can join?
ANYONE AND EVERYONE! Any age, team size, and anyone from anywhere in the world!
Who can vote?
If you SUBMITTED A GAME or were a CONTRIBUTOR on a game, you are allowed to vote! If you did not submit, you must clear your queue by rating 4 games first.
What can I use?
Any engine or software you like! Or none at all! Any assets you have the legal right to use can be used for the jam (as long as they are credited), any skeleton code, and any idea you might have had. So long as the majority of the game is made during the jam period, you’re ok.
Supporting other platforms is cool, as long as you have provided a browser or Windows build.
Devlog?
We require you to upload a devlog within 2 days after submitting. Don't worry, if you didn't paste a link while submitting, you can edit your submission details after the jam ends! You will not be disqualified if you don't submit a devlog, but there will be a separate voting field on how good your devlog was.
Where can I ask for help?
You can join the Alimad Discord if you have any questions for the host or anyone in the community! You can show off your progress, brainstorm ideas, or even find teammates to help you finish your game jam project there!
Will our games be live-streamed on YouTube?
No :(
WHAT'S THE PRIZE?
ALL WINNERS, including 2nd and 3rd place winners, will earn themselves an EXCLUSIVE ROLE in the Alimad Discord to commemorate their achievement! Winners will also get a personal message from our CEO saying how good he thinks you did. :)
Rules
- Make a game within the given time. Submitting to and participating in multiple game jams is allowed, just as long as the majority of the game is made during the jam period.
