Atlas Obscura is a website devoted the the strange and wonderful world we live in.  It's filled with amazing settings, weird facts, and interesting festivals - perfect settings for games!  In this game jam, you'll choose a feature from https://www.atlasobscura.com/ and set your game around it. It's that simple!

I don't own the website and I am not affiliated with it, so you can't use pictures from it (you can, however, look up those places on Wikipedia and see if there are some public domain/creative commons pictures over there).  You can also draw and recreate those places in your own art, or just refer to them in the setting of your game.

This is an unrated game jam. The "winners" are everyone who submits a game. Any format. Any engine.
