Use three or more of these artist-made tools (or other tools with a similar ethos) to create a work (or components of a work). Think about how you can chain them together to make a production pipeline that covers multiple elements in your game.
OR-
Use the lessons learned in looking at and discussing artist tools to create your own toy, tool, or toolkit. This may be software, or it may be text-based design principles to help others make work.
YOU MAY NOT WORK JUST IN UNITY / UNREAL /OTHER BIG ENGINE (unless you are making a tool that extends the functionality of it in an artful way).
A note about scope - In the tradition of flatgames, trashgames, etc- these works do not need to be complete, polished, or long experiences. A game can be an abstract concept. I know it is a short timeline, so think about what is possible. Feel free to push the boundaries of “game”.
(You may work in teams. As always, I will expect double the effort with double the participants.)
