Welcome to the Wakefield Digital End Of Year Game Jam. 

A chance for you to flex your creative muscle and illustrate all of the learning you have done this year!

ARCADE CLASSICS

Arcade Games are the original form of video games. Before Consoles were commonplace you would have to visit your local video game arcade and put 10p into the machine for your gaming fun. 

You can now use these games as the inspiration for anything you want to create in any form you like!

There are very few rules.

1. Whatever you create must be inspired in some way by a classic Arcade Game.

2. You can make anything creative. A game, a design document, some artwork, a board game, absolutely anything.

3. You can work alone or as part of a group.

1. Create a new Itch project where you submit your content. (Ensure its set to Public)

2. Upload this new project as your submission for this jam before the time runs out.

Things you need!

No matter what you submit, and if you submit solo or in a team, in the description you need a section for "Developed By:" to list out everyone that worked on it, in full name. It's worth giving credit for what part of the project each person has worked on. If you did it solo, just state what you had to work on.

Also no matter what you are working on show it off as best you can. If you have done a game then do a WebGL version so it can  be played. If you have done some art then make sure you have plenty of screen shots and renders. Show off your work as best you can!
