SUBJECT:  You.

Welcome to the Other Concerns Division. Your time with us started a long time ago, well before you noticed our presence.

We at the Division do a simple job: we observe, we retrieve, and we study.

As part of your provisional status at the Division, you will be given a two-week probationary period from October 26 to November 10.

During this time you may use any means necessary to do your work. You have no restrictions.

Observe the Anomaly, retrieve the Anomaly, and study the Anomaly. Do this, and your time with us after will be guaranteed.

Welcome to the Concerns Division.
