Welcome to the first annual RPG Jam. The last jam was the Classic J RPG Jam. I have fun seeing what type of games the community brings. There a lot of talented developers out there. 

The themes to chose from are:

1. NO Items

2. NO Weapons

3. Rational choices must NEVER be the right choice.

4. The plot changes three times.

5. NPC's are NEVER helpful

We cannot wait to see what interesting ideas you'll come up with.

RULES

1. You can only start on your entry during the jam period. However you can gather assets or make them and brainstorm before then. 

2. Your entry MUST use at one of the themes in some manner or form. It is very open to interpretation, and creative/unique usage of the theme is encouraged! I am not picky.

3. Your game MUST be an RPG of some sort. Tactical/SRPGs, non turn based RPGs, and Action RPGs count as well. All I ask is try to avoid making  Rougelikes because those are way too hard for me.

4. Once the submission period is over, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO UPDATE IT. Judges will ONLY play your  submitted entry. No bug fixes or patches. So please DOUBLE CHECK your submission.

5. You can use any engine as long as the game is a RPG and follows the theme.

6. NO rips/stolen assets period.

7. NO fan games period. All games must be original and your own world and ideas.

8. You can use any assets you want as long as you legally own the rights to them. (DLC and stuff made by or your team)

9. The content of entries are NOT allowed to be any more graphic  than a mature rated game. So NO 18 +  If you are unfamiliar with game content ratings you can check here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entertainment_Software_Rating_Board

10.  You can work solo or in teams. There is no size limit

11. Late entries will not be accepted. So please try to submit your entry before the deadline.

The judges and I have the right to remove any submissions if we feel they do not meet the requirements.
