The limitation is a special condition that your game must follow, but is open to interpretation. If your game makes no attempt to follow the limitation, it may be eliminated.

Limitation: the controls need to be in the mouse

The controls cant be in the keybord, so you cant use wasd's or arrows to move so you are limited to walk and make everything in the mouse
