The AAU Jam is hosted by Aalborg University Students and was made primarily with AAU students in mind, but all willing participants are very much welcome to join in. The AAU Jam game submissions should attempt to incorporate both the Theme and Wildcard. 

Theme: Disaster

Wildcard: Pull Yourself Together

The Theme should set the tone or main theme of your game.

The Wildcard is a concept that presents an extra challenge to the game or perhaps helps generate ideas for gameplay and mechanics. The Wildcard will be revealed on the first day of the Jam.

Remember, that no prior knowledge or skills are needed with game development. What is important is having fun, being creative, and learning along the way.

The jam will take place physically at Frederikskaj 12, 2450 København, in room B 3.05 (Med6 Group room) however it is possible to participate online as well. 

Do know that we will be taking pictures during the event. We will also be using gameplay in promotional videos and posts on our social media accounts. 

We hope you participate and have a good time!

RULES:

1. Any team size is allowed
2. You may only work on the game within the time frame
3. You can use assets you haven't made as long as you credit them accordingly
4. You may re-use code you made before as long you didn't make it specifically for this jam
5. You can use any software/game engines/tools you prefer (Keep in mind, that the game should still be accessible and playable)
6. No sleeping on Campus, this is rules set by Aalborg University.
7. Be nice to each other :)
