AN EXQUISITE MISERABLE DUNGEON 

Inspired By the awesome FÖLK-LORE jam, this is a simple community dungeon Zine where all you have to do to be entered in to win a prize is make a room, that's pretty much it (empty rooms are disqualified, so don't be a wiseass). Besides that the dungeon itself houses a terrible duck god's cult, treasures, and offspring.  Coordinating amongst other members of the community is not only allowed but encouraged, making the themes run deep will give the dungeon a bit of cohesion that will make for more interesting crawl. When the Jam goes live this page will be updated with the zine layout. Go crazy with the layout design if you want, just be sure to make sure that it's easy to read any important gameplay information. And remember "Make it dark, make it morose, but avoid any racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory content." Trigger Warning: some submissions may contain triggering content [SI] [SH] or intense depictions of violence.

Here is the sample layout. You don't need to download these and use them. The biggest thing to know is you need at least one page with a clear image of the room floor plan. If you want to use paint to put it all together, no worries, just make sure it's a5 sizing.

PRIZES?!

Yup you heard right, we will have prizes! As they slowly crawl their way through my windows and floor boards in order to chew on my delicious innards I'll be sure to post pictures of them along with links to the rabid scvm that sent them. Some prizes will be digital, each of these will be delivered by whatever means is easiest for the person providing the prize. I will be paying out of pocket for the shipping, so don't say I never did anything nice for you. No purchase necessary to join. Winners will be selected sometime after the submission period closes, at random from the pool of submitted content to the  jam (method TBA). Winners will be allowed to select the prize tier of their choice while supplies last and will pick from the prizes in the same order that their names are drawn. Winners may be responsible for customs fees or other unforeseeable costs (ie local taxes). Anyone can enter, one entry per person. Submissions can be free or "Pay What You Want" and MUST be content for MÖRK BORG the TTRPG and not for other game systems. Please include the 3rd party MÖRK BORG license text on your submission, which can be found here.

Next up from Chalkdown & Djuun we have a copy of "Boarding the Ouroboros"! Whoever picks this prize get's "The first bump free" so to speak as this is the first installment of The Mausoleum of Waves adventure. This first volume will give you some cool piratey weapons, monsters, and adventure (duh) and what I find most peculiar are the mutations. DUKK BÖRG! Thanks to the great peeps over at Gem Room Games, we can happily say we have a Duck themed prize. Unlike the other prizes Dukk Börg is actually a stand alone setting and game using the MB rules! So for those wanting to take a vacation from the Dying World and get ready to enjoy this rad module filled amazing art by Rob Herbert. Next we have "The Börk Morgue" from GreysonWHY! What makes this zine fairly different than most is that it's adventure makes up only a small portion. This zine is instead chock full of alternative rules, new weapons, and some different flavors of cultists. Here's a key feature for any of you Fanged Deserters that fumble on your bite attacks, DENTISTRY! Fun note, this is the print from the Kickstarter so Exalted Funeral's logo does not appear here. For those of you not lucky enough to win this prize, along with GreysonWHY's itch page The Börk Morgue can be picked up from Exalted Funeral.

And contributing more than just some legal text, is Rugose Kohn! With the first is his collection of Chap Books. Inside you'll find 3 different styles of adventures, including a hex crawl, dungeon crawl, and reverse tower defense? JUST AS THE MIGHT DUCK HAS BEEN FELLED, "EVERY GOD WILL FALL"! (Has been added to the physical prizes along with some rad stickers that are currently having a Kickstarter) This neat lil zine comes(curtesy of The Eldritch Tomb) with 8 gods to have either as a hireling or maybe a deity for your players to worship? Maybe Both? Either way Mörk Borg campaigns can always use more dead and/or forgotten gods. EVERY GOD WILL FALL along with more rad stuff from The Eldritch Tomb can be found here. 

Curtesy of Chris of LootTheRoom we have another community favorite "Treasures of The Troll King" A terrible crawl through the rotting underbelly of Galgenbeck into the domain of the Vile Troll King Niduk. Troll King also has a  super awesome campaign starter within, but I digress as to not spoil the surprise. Like many MBC adventures, this 3rd party zine also has tons of rolling charts adding to the replayability of it. Anyone else that wasn't lucky enough to win this puppy will be able to pick up a copy from the LootTheRoom shop.

The last 3 playable prizes come from Nohr himself! A Kickstarter edition of Mörk Borg complete with map of the dying world and the often sought after Ancient Skin. Also Factory sealed is a copy of the first MBC zine Feretory, complete with the original Dark Fort rules and the exclusive Forlorn Philosopher, Tablets of Ochre Obscurity and more.
