
BEHOLD the 7th Vaultacular Game Jam!!
This month-long (and a bit) game development challenge is open to developers of all experience levels, with a special emphasis on beginners joining their very first jam. Whether you want to create a small visual novel or have enough time to flesh out a game idea that has been rattling around in your brain, this jam is perfect for you!
This is your chance to create, learn, and have fun while connecting with a fantastic community of artists, developers, and amazing people to create something exciting.

Rules:
- Games must be developed within the Jams time frame: April 2nd - May 20th.
- Post-submission updates and bug fixes are allowed, BUT all changes must be clearly stated on your game's Itch page.
- Avoid NSFW content or excessive gore: this isn’t the vibe.
- Provide a web build if possible with your game engine; while not mandatory, it makes it easier for people to play and test your game.
- No AI art or AI auto-generated games.
- Original assets are encouraged! However, pre-made assets can be used as long as they are credited in the game’s description.
- Follow the theme and rules provided.
- Non-compliant games will be removed from the jam.
- Like last time team size cannot exceed 25 people: Ideally, 1-5 people on a team works best.

Ratings and Feedback
This jam is not competitive therefore there are no rankings or prizes. The focus is on personal development and constructive peer feedback. Feedback should consider:
- Parts of the game that you found enjoyable.
- Aspects you felt slowed down your enjoyment.
- How well the project followed the theme.
