Bounty Hunter is a monthly program that allows creators to submit their game on the 28th of each month. This is not a competitive contest, and we're not soliciting your work. We will have joint ownership of your creation, and we aim to provide convenient monetization tools for you to generate revenue in the future. If your game is not approved on the first submission you may re-submit a more polished version or a new entry in any following month. If your talents amaze us we will invite you to CliCli Partner Program, which offers development assistance.

How it works
Don't be discouraged if your game gets rejected. Game development is an iterative process, and we are here to assist you. Once your game is approved, the payment will be processed within 10 business days.
Design Pillars
We set no strict design guidelines for your creation, but we encourage you to apply your own pillars. These are strongly encouraged:
1. Quality over quantity in all aspects
- Rather than many mechanics, levels, playable characters, etc. push fewer to the limit.
2. Original content, or substantial improvement on an existing concept
- Bring your own ideas to life, or iterate with your own flair.
3. Narrative shapes design
- Build a world beyond the scope of your game and use it to drive your design decisions.
4. Consideration for players of all skill levels
- Not everyone enjoys sweat. Supporting a broader community will yield long-term benefits.
5. New Player Experience at the forefront
- This is necessary for long-term growth and sustainability
Deadline
- 28th of each month
Submitting (New Game)
- Join our Discord
- When you are ready to upload, and for each subsequent update, your game will need to pass content moderation
- Upload and updates only become playable on the platform after passing content moderation.
- We will complete content moderation within two business days.
- Once content moderation is complete you need to Publish to the platform.
Submitting (Game Update)
- Update your game
- Wait for content moderation
- If approved Publish to the platform
Submission Requirements
- Game submitted for review prior to the deadline
- Only one entry per person per month
- Description included on the game page
- Instructions on how to play are included on the game page and/or via gameplay
- Free of gameplay breaking or impeding issues
Review Process
1. Within five business days of the submittal deadline you will be notified if you have been approved
2. Disqualifying issues:
- A total Rating score of less than the minimum required - See the review sheet in Discord.
- Crashes attributed to your game.
- Poor performance resulting from trigger implementation or other design-related issues.
- Gameplay balance that prevents a player of average skill from progressing in your game.
- Any missing Submittal Requirements.
3. Expectations:
- We are looking for a visually polished and fully functional vertical slice.
- Content should be sufficient to entertain a player for at least two hours.
4. Editor and platform patches:
- Issues resulting from updates we provide will not impact your review.
- In the event of a significant issue we may ask you to update your game and re-submit, however, this will not impact your review.
Results
1. If approved:
- Up to $3,000
- If this is your first round we will request payment info for where you wish to have your money deposited.
We accept PayPal.Me, or bank wire transfer.
- Payment will be sent within ten business days
Please verify your payment info when providing it. Mistakes cause delays.
- Receive feedback.
- Exceptional projects will enter the "CliCli Partner" program for targeted incubation, being provided with additional resources and assistance.
2. If denied:
- Reserved for games that are not functional, or are perceived to be substantially lacking in developmental progress.
- Game will be removed from the platform.
- Receive feedback.
- This does not bar you from resubmitting the game in the future after substantial revisions.
