What is the 3 Rules Jam?

The 3 Rules Jam is a themeless jam where your game only needs to have 3 rules/restrictions. In this jam, you will now be given 4 weeks to do your best to make a game for this jam. You can only submit games made during the jam's submission period. Premade assets are not allowed. Even if you don't finish your game in time, I still highly recommend to submit your game.
